I joined Hopstack as the first marketing hire, with no prior experience in warehousing or SaaS for that matter.
In my time there, I got to scale the marketing and sales motions from the ground up including ICP and buyer definitions, GTM strategies, channels, revenue tech stack, functional hiring, and more.
My official role was that of “Product Marketing”. But, as the nature of early-stage SaaS would have it, my actual role extended way beyond. Some of the functions I owned included Positioning and Messaging, Sales Enablement, Pipeline Marketing, Analytics and Marketing Operations, and Content Strategy. I also got to play a supporting role in Partnership engagement, Sales Operations, Paid Social, and Marketing Hiring.
I am extremely proud of what we achieved in these years. From building a robust marketing engine to making significant contributions to revenue, I was a key player in our journey from $100k to $1M annual revenue.
